1. Use of This Website

When using this Site, you are agreeing to the following terms, as listed below. This site must be used for lawful purposes only. Therefore, you must not:

• Transmit or upload any harmful content. This includes viruses, malware, or spam.

• Breach or violate of any of the terms.

We reserve the right to suspend users of the Site who violate these terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Liz Williams Fine Art Limited. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes artwork, text, images, logos and design.

Artwork displayed on the Site may not be reproduced or displayed without permission from Liz Williams Fine Art Limited. You may not use any artwork or images of artwork for commercial use without a licensing agreement in place.

Copying work for personal use is allowed, provided the artist (Liz Williams) is clearly credited and it is not then commercialised. You may not simply alter original artwork and advertise this as your own work.

2. Purchasing Artwork

When purchasing any goods with age restrictions, you are declaring that you are over the age of 18.

This information regards the purchase of artwork. For any other enquiries before or after a purchase, please contact Liz at lizwilliamsfineart@gmail.com.

Some products will be exclusively sold on this Site. Where possible, we try to accurately show the correct colours and sizes of products. We cannot guarantee that your computer screen will show accurate colours. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any given time. If you are unhappy with your product, please refer to our refund policy.

Commissions

When commissioning a piece of art, you will be expected to pay 50% deposit once both you and Liz are happy to go ahead with the piece. If the initial deposit payment is not received, Liz retains the right to refuse your request.

You will receive updates throughout the process. Upon completion, you will need to pay the remaining 50% of the cost within 14 days of receiving your painting, as outlined in your invoice.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers

Postage and Packaging

We offer free postage and packaging on UK orders of original artwork and prints. For customers overseas, we will sometimes offer free P&P on original artwork orders only. Other products will require postage costs overseas. Items are all shown in GBP and are sometimes changed when necessary.

Note that if the shipping destination is outside the EU, UK VAT will be deducted from the price. However, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duty in the destination shipping country. 

If an item is ordered that has had the wrong price on the Site for any reason, we will contact you and inform you of the correct price. You will then either complete the order at the correct price or your order will be cancelled, and you will be given any necessary refunds. We do not have to fulfil any orders advertised at the wrong price.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made promptly after your order has been accepted. This applies to commissions or any other product order through the Site. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you immediately.

The delivery will be taken to the address given at the time of placing your order. If you need to change the address, please contact Lizwilliamsfineart.co.uk to update the details or provide a place to collect the goods instead.

We use third-party providers for all payment transactions through the Site

4. Limitation of Liability

Liz Williams Fine Art Limited is not liable for any damages incurred through the connection of using this Site.

5. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any given time. Please refer to the ‘last updated’ date at the top of the page to see when the terms were last changed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All items on this Site are ‘sold as seen’. We make no warranties or representations of any kind.

8. Accessing Third-Party Sites

This site contains access to third-party sites, such as Instagram. You access these at your own risk, and we are not responsible for policies or practices carried out on these sites.
