Refunds and Returns Policy

If you would like to request a refund, we have a 30-day policy. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds or exchanges. If you would like to request a refund, please contact lizwilliamsfineart@gmail.com to start the process.

Any item returned to us must be in the same condition it was received. This includes its original packaging to protect it from any damage. If the item is not in the same condition we cannot offer a refund. When processing your return, we will require proof of purchase, for example, your receipt or invoice.

If there are items that are damaged after delivery, we cannot process a refund. Where we can we will try to help you with your requests. However, we cannot guarentee that a full refund will be given in all circumstances. We will sometimes offer an exchange, if items are damaged. Any damages due to wear and tear are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If we have offered a refund or exchange, we will promptly send you an email confirmation. Processed reunds will be credited to your original payment method, which will go through generally within 10 working days (this can vary with different banks). Any issues with missing refunds are normally due to your own bank. Please contact them if you are missing your payment. Please consider using a tracking service for shipping over £70, or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for items returned to us, including items that get lost or stolen. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider time zone differences when carrying out refund requests. LW FINE ART LTD operates from the UK.
